Accessibility
We will do our utmost to make our services available to our target client base, that is owner-managed small businesses, based within a reasonable distance of our offices, and trading within the United Kingdom.
We will make all reasonable efforts to make our services available to anyone with special needs arising from mental or physical disability.
As our offices are situated on a steep incline and as our main entrance doorway is narrow and awkward with a step, anyone with impaired mobility or who needs a wheelchair or other walking aid will experience difficulty in accessing our premises. However, attendance at our premises is not necessary for any client, and our services can be offered by alternative means of communication, such as telephone, email, fax and postal services. Should face-to-face meetings be necessary, and should any attendee of such a meeting have impaired mobility meaning that they would find it impossible or experience difficulty to enter our premises, then we will attend their business premises if it is within a reasonable distance of our office.
We reserve the absolute right not to accept any professional appointment. In particular, we reserve the right to decline appointment should we feel that the prospective client is, or is likely to, act in an illegal, immoral or unethical manner in their business dealings with ourselves or others. We reserve the right to decline appointment should we feel that we do not have the necessary resources, experience, knowledge or ability to perform the services required to an acceptable level. We shall not decline appointment solely on the grounds of disability, age, race, religion, gender, marital status, or sexual orientation.
